My Reflections also gives you a really cool "reflection head beat" that will give you instant insights into your current state of mind and course correct where possible.
Reflections are based on "types" such as; appointments, game, learning, meeting, sleep, tasks, training and more. Or you can easily add a "daily reflection", "journal entry" or "photo journal" for more general reflection types.
To take the reflection process to the next level the platform also supports "deep dives" where you review your previous reflections in more detail and evaluate your overall performance and outcomes.
